Will I see my logo before production?
Yes. We clean up your logo and send you a proof: nothing is produced until you say yes.
What logo format should I send?
Ideally a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG) or a sharp high-resolution image (PNG). Only have your logo on an invoice or a photo? Send it anyway — we’ll take care of it.
When will I get my order?
