Privacy policy

Customer information is used only to serve our customers. It is not shared with other organizations, except the services described below.

Our systems: they are hosted on servers that we rent and operate ourselves. Cloudflare routes traffic to our website and does not store customer information.

Payments: Stripe handles card payments only. We do not keep any card information after the transaction.

Google: Google Calendar and Google Contacts hold some customer details (for example contact information and appointments).

Cookies: our site uses a single cookie, “vq_lang”, which remembers your language choice (French or English) for one year. Your browser also keeps the choices for your current order. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use its own cookies at the payment step.

This policy is governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada.
